Data collected and purposes of processing
– By simply accessing the Service, Sacyr Agua collects the IP address and other data relating to the connection and its origin. The IP address is a code that identifies the user’s Internet connection at a specific time.
Only the user’s Internet access provider can identify the subscriber who was assigned an IP address at a specific time. By the very nature of the server that supports the Service, the user’s IP address is automatically recorded along with the date and time of access.
– Sacyr Agua will process the data collected in the Contact section and provided by users in order to respond to their contact request. The personal data that will be processed are: name, surname, e-mail and telephone number.
Regarding the additional sections of our website (e.g. Consultation and Complaints Line, Harassment Complaint Line, etc.) in which we collect personal data, we will inform them in the corresponding sections of their respective web pages, through specific clauses and forms on the treatment that we will make of their personal data.
Legal basis for processing
– The legal basis that allows Sacyr Agua to process the personal data of users collected in the contact form is the informed and voluntary consent of the user.

Your personal data may be transferred to Public Administrations, Authorities and Public Bodies, including Courts and Tribunals, when so required by the applicable regulations.
